From the moment you request a web design quote.
You apply for a quote.
I respond by email requesting to arrange a 15-30 minute discovery phone call.
If we are a good fit, I'll email you my easy peasy questionnaire to fill out online and submit.
We arrange a commencement date, and I send a detailed proposal with an agreement for you to sign.
Immediately upon signing your agreement you pay a 30% deposit.
I send a Welcome Pack and request content if you're supplying images and text.
Your Guarantee
You are given 2 revisions during the design process. Then, 14 days from the completion of your site to request final text edits, and every new website that I design from scratch comes with a 30-Day Guarantee to fix bugs and system glitches that are not caused by human error.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
From then on you may access my one- off Tech Support services to make repairs as issues arise, request content management at an hourly rate to change text or images, or you may opt for regular support and site care with my Support & Maintenance Packages.

What’s Not Included
Web Hosting and Domain name registration are not included as part of my website packages. However I will guide you to your best options, so that you can own everything you pay for outright. I hold no rights to your website after you’ve paid for my work.
1. Web Hosting & Domain Name Registration
The price list above is for the design and development aspect of your website only. Web hosting and domain name registration are separate annual subscriptions that can be purchased at Ventra IP or the provider of your choice with my guidance if required.
2. Divi Theme Lifetime Access Rights
As part of my services I install a fully functional and updatable copy of The Divi theme and the Monarch Social Share Plugins at no extra cost. However, it’s up to the client to purchase their own Lifetime Access License to get full membership rights to the plugin.
3. KEYWORD RANK VISIBILITY BOOSTER
Give your online visibility a boost on the search engine as an addition to your website’s SEO strategy. Rank for 100 keywords/search terms that appear on the first page of Google Search Results Pages for keywords and monitor up to 10 of your closest competitors. An optional extra.
