Do you build Divi websites on WordPress.com?

Absolutely! You can install the Divi theme on WordPress.com if you're on one of their Business, Commerce, or Enterprise plans. Check out their pricing options!

This setup is fantastic for businesses that prefer not to worry about updates or hosting details—WordPress.com takes care of everything for you! Just a little heads-up, though: if you go this route, it can be tricky to move your website to another host later on. That's why I love building self-hosted websites! They’re flexible and can grow with your business, plus you can easily switch hosts without starting from scratch. It’s all about building on a solid foundation!

Do you work with shared hosting?

That's right.  My web care services are optimised for shared hosting environments. This ensures every website I manage runs on a consistent, secure, and well-supported setup. For most service-based websites, shared hosting offers everything you need—speed, reliability, and affordability—without unnecessary complexity. It also makes it easier for me to manage security, backups, and maintenance efficiently on your behalf.

Do you charge by the hour?

Yes, I do for some things as others have a set price.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes, mostly. My websites are built with user-friendly content managment systems, allowing non-techs to easily update text, images and pages.  I provide basic training videos to my clients - so they can learn how to do simple updates and swap out images.
