- Post-migration support (14 days)

What repairs are covered by this service?
As part of the migration I resolve any minor issues that can be corrected quickly and are directly related to the migration at no additional cost.
If more significant issues are uncovered that require additional investigation, troubleshooting, redevelopment, or repair beyond our agreed scope of work, I will stop work, contact and contact you before proceeding. I will explain the issue, outline the recommended solution, and proved an estimate of any additional costs.
No additional billable work will be carried out without your approval.
Will my website experience downtime?
Usually not.
Most of the work is completed on a staging copy of your website. When everything has been tested, the changes are applied to your live website as efficiently as possible to minimise disruption.
Will my content be lost?
Your pages, blog posts and media are not expected to disappear during a properly managed migration.
As part of the migration process, a complete backup is created before any work begins so your website can be restored if necessary.
Will all my plugins work with Divi 5?
Most popular plugins work well with Divi 5, but compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
Some plugins or third-party Divi modules may require updates or replacement if they are no longer maintained by their developers.
