Your website can grow as your business grows. Additional pages, features and functionality can be added at any time. So you don't have to build another site, simply build on your investment.
Who owns the website?
Once your final invoice has been paid, the website belongs to you. Your website and content remain your property.
Do I need to register a domain name and purchase web hosting?
Yes. Your website needs both a domain name and web hosting. I'll guide you through selecting a suitable Australian hosting provider and registering your domain so it remains in your name.
You may choose to purchase your own hosting, but keep in mind that I work with shared hosting exclusively.
Is website security included?

What is complimentary site care?
The 3 months of complimentary care period is designed to give you peace of mind while you become familiar with your new website and ensure everything continues to run smoothly after launch.
During this time, I'll take care of your website's routine maintenance, including WordPress, theme and plugin updates, backups, and general website health checks.
Before your complimentary care ends, I'll get in touch with information about my ongoing Website Care Plans. Continuing on a paid plan is completely optional, and you're free to choose the level of support that's right for your business.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Your website is built using WordPress and the Divi Theme, which provides a user-friendly visual editor.
While making simple content changes is straightforward once you're familiar with the platform, there is a learning curve. I provide basic content editing instructions in your handover document to help you get started.
If you'd rather leave the updates to me, I'm happy to make content changes for you at my standard hourly rate or as part of a Website Care Plan.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Yes. Every website requires ongoing expenses such as domain name registration, web hosting and licence renewals where applicable.
Optional Extras:
- Busy entrepreneurs can select from 3 Website Care Plans For ongoing WordPress updates and website management.
What happens after my website goes live?
1. LAUNCH GRAPHIC - Once your website has been launched, you'll receive a digital launch graphic and blurb to share on socials. I'll also send the final invoice.
2. HANDOVER DOCUMENT - About a week later, I'll send you a handover document containing everything you need to know about your new website, including basic instructions and important website information.
3. FOLLOW UP - Approximately a week after the launch, I'll follow-up to see how you're settling in, answer any questions you may have, and invite you to share your feedback on your experience working with me.
A month later, I'll check in to see how everything is going and if I can help you with anything.
4. COMPLIMENTARY SITE CARE - Once your website is live, I'll continue to monitor it during your three months of complimentary Essential Site Care. This allows me to address any minor issues, ensure everything is performing as expected, and give you peace of mind while you become familiar with your new website.
5. OPPORTUNITY - Then just before the three months of complimentary update expires, I'll provide you with an opportunity to continue with paid monthly site care which is totally optional.
Do you include Search Engine Optimisation?
Yes. Every website package includes essential on-page SEO to give your website a strong foundation for search engines. This includes items such as page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image optimisation and XML sitemap submission.
The Growth package goes a step further by including keyword research and content optimisation to help target the search terms your ideal customers are using.
Do i get a handover document?
Absolutely!
Your Handover Document contains important information about your website. It also contains basic instructions on updating and editing your website.
Do you submit my site to Google?
I submit your URL and sitemap to Google via Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

AN EASY STEP BY STEP GUIDE
1. Discovery & Evaluation
I evaluate if we are a good fit. Then, I dig deeper to get crystal clear, and draft a proposal with an agreement.
2. Welcome Pack
I send a welcome letter, a how to work with me document and information about what you can expect during the design process.
3. Sitemap & Creative Direction
I create a sitemap to visually strategise site navigation, and gather images, content and request access to accounts.
4. Development
Plan and build your website with responsive design, basic SEO, features and all essentials as per our signed agreement.
5. Testing & Revision
Revision stage begins, allowing the client to review the website. I make final revision and conduct the final quality check.
6. Launch
Your website goes live. I send the final invoice, and approximately a week later I'll send your handover document.
