My Easy 6-step Web Design Process
From the moment you request a web design quote.
1.Getting To Know You
I get crystal clear about about your business, what you do, who you want to reach, and what goals you have for your website. This helps me create a plan that’s tailored to you, not just a “one size fits all” design.
2. Mapping It Out
Before I jump into design, I map out a clear plan for your site with a sitemap. Think of it like the blueprint for a house—it shows what pages you’ll need, how they connect, and what your visitors will see first.
3. Designing the Look
This is where your site starts to take shape visually with colours, fonts, and layouts that reflect your brand’s personality and create a design that feels professional, welcoming, and easy to use.
4. Building the Site
Once the design is finalized, I turn it into a working website. This is where all the behind-the-scenes tech happens—adding your content, making sure it works on mobiles and desktops, and setting up any special features you need.
5. Checking Everything
Before the site goes live, we go through 2 approval stages. I revise and test it thoroughly. That means checking buttons, links, speed, security and how it looks on different devices. It’s like a final dress rehearsal before the big show.
6. Launching & After Care
When everything’s ready, we launch your site into the world. But it doesn’t stop there—I can also help with updates, security, and ongoing improvements so your site keeps working hard for you.
Your Guarantee
You are given 2 revisions during the design process. Then, 14 days from the completion of your site to request final text edits, and every new website that I design from scratch comes with a 30-Day Guarantee to fix bugs and system glitches that are not caused by human error.
What Happens After?
From then on you may access my one- off Tech Support services to make repairs as issues arise, request content management at an hourly rate to change text or images. Once your free 3 months of updates expires, you will be presented with an opportunity for ongoing site care with my Maintenance Plans.
